MIDI AWARDS

Founded in 2009, the Midi AWARDS is an annual music festival organized by the Beijing Midi Music School in cooperation with many music industry professionals, dedicated to selecting outstanding musicians and their works of the year, ensuring the independence and impartiality of the selection process. To date, the awards have been successfully held for fifteen years.

The trophy of the award is made of hand-cast bronze, and its dimensions are the same as those of traditional Chinese bricks, which is why the award is also known as the ‘Brick Award’.

The judging body consists of a panel of nine distinguished members of the industry (Dai Fang, Fu Chong, Hao Fang, Liu Fei, Lv Biao, Li Hongjie, Wang Di, Zhang Fan, Zhang Yu), as well as 200 professional judges and 500 public judges.
